Track your order
Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email from Destination Fashion and your order goes into a queue to be processed for picking and packing.
A packing slip will be included in your parcel, without prices in case you are ordering a gift. A VAT invoice can be downloaded, or requested via email.
When your order is complete and as been despatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (if applicable).
Delivery of your item
United Kingdom: Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail. If they miss you during your original delivery slot, please don't worry they will leave a red 'something for you' card. They will let you know where your nearest collection point is and keep your parcel there for 18 calendar days so you can collect it at your own convenience.
Alternatively, you can arrange for them to leave your parcel in a safe place of your choice by leaving a message during checkout or arrange a redelivery to either your home, an alternative local address, or for a small fee - to your local Post Office® branch for a more convenient time by entering your tracking number on the Royal Mail website.
Rest of World: Your order will be collected by our courier. We work with trusted delivery partners to deliver international mail, fully tracked to your destination.

Rest of World: 30 day returns.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just request to return the product to us here, following the instructions sent with your order, and we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
Please do not send your order back to us until the return has been approved and the applicable return address has been provided.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us before we have despatched the goods to you or where goods have already been despatched to you, by returning goods to us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused.
If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know before returning the item.
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt. This includes any standard delivery charge.
You can return to us for FREE using the Royal Mail pre-paid returns label that we will provide. (Please note free return labels are currently only valid in the UK), proof of postage should be obtained.
Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. We'll make this clear when you place your order.
