All orders are despatched Monday to Friday, our cut off time is 2.00pm GMT for same day despatch.

If applicable, you will receive your tracking number via email as soon as we have despatched the order.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. 20% VAT is removed from product prices on deliveries to non-EU countries. If you get this message at checkout 'Sorry, no quotes are available for this order at this time.' your order is over 2kg in weight and will have to be divided into two separate orders.

Returns Information:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just request to return the product to us here, following the instructions sent with your order, and we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

Please do not send your order back to us until the return has been approved and the applicable return address has been provided.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us before we have despatched the goods to you or where goods have already been despatched to you, by returning goods to us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused.

If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know before returning the item.

Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt. This includes any standard delivery charge. (UK only)

You can return to us for FREE using the Royal Mail pre-paid returns label that we will provide. (Please note free return labels are currently only valid in the UK), proof of postage should be obtained.

Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. We'll make this clear when you place your order.

If you return a product for a refund, we will deduct the number of reward points collected from your account.
