What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card or debit card through Worldpay's 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), and powerful encryption secure servers or you can also use Google Checkout. We also accept from UK customers, cheques or postal orders.

How much will posting and packaging cost?
You may select one of the following delivery methods at the final billing page:
UK - Standard Delivery (2-4 working days): £2.95, UK - 24hr Delivery (Monday to Friday for orders placed before 14.00 GMT): £4.95,
Rest of Europe - International Signed For Airmail Delivery only (approx 4-8 working days): £5.95 plus £4.95 per extra item,
USA & Rest of World - International Signed For Airmail Delivery Only (approx 7-11 working days): £7.95 plus £6.95 per extra item.

Which courier do you use?
We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for deliveries within the UK and rest of Europe. A signature will be required on all orders.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you place your order before 14.00 GMT Monday to Friday it will be dispatched the same working day.
UK - Standard Delivery can take 2-4 working days or 24hr Delivery means your order will arrive within 24 hours, Monday to Friday before 13.00 GMT.
Rest of Europe - Standard Delivery takes 4-8 working days.
USA - standard delivery takes 7-11 working days.

Can I track my order?
You can track your orders online by logging into your destinationfashion.com account and checking the status of your open order as well as your order history. The tracking number of your order will also be emailed to you once dispatched.

Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver worldwide. Any customs or import duties are levied once the parcel reaches it destination country.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

How do I change currency?
To change currency simply click on the name of the country whose currency you would like to view the site in, which can be found on the bottom right of every page. Upon card payment the value will be shown and taken in UK pounds sterling, using the current exchange rate.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Unfortunately it is not possible to pick up orders from our warehouse.

How do I return/exchange an item?
Please refer to our terms & conditions clause 4 regarding our returns policy. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
