What payment methods do you accept? We accept payments by credit card or debit card through Worldpay's 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), and powerful encryption secure servers or you can also use Google Checkout or PayPal. We also accept from UK customers, cheques or postal orders.
Do you accept telephone orders? Yes, please call us on +44 (0)1908 794046 Monday - Friday, 8.00am til 8.00pm GMT (excluding bank holidays) or Saturday - Sunday, 10.00am til 4.00pm GMT.
What cards do you accept? We accept the following major credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Amex (American Express), JCB, Maestro, Mastercard Debit, Visa Electron and Visa Debit.
How much will posting and packaging cost? You may select one of the following delivery methods at the final billing page: UK - Standard Delivery (2-3 working days): £2.95, FREE on orders over £30, UK Mainland - 24hr Delivery (Monday to Friday for orders placed before 14.00 GMT): £4.95, Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands - 48hr Delivery (Monday to Friday for orders placed before 14.00 GMT): £14.95. Rest of Europe - International Signed For Airmail Delivery only (approx 3-6 working days): From £5.45 plus per extra item based on weight, add items to cart to see delivery costs. Huge postage savings on multiple purchases, USA & Rest of World - International Signed For Airmail Delivery Only (approx 5-8 working days): From £7.45 plus per extra item based on weight, add items to cart to see delivery costs. Huge postage savings on multiple purchases.
Which courier do you use? We use Royal Mail for deliveries worldwide with full tracking. Your will receive your tracking number via email as soon as we have despatched the order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? If you place your order before 14.00 GMT Monday to Friday it will be dispatched the same working day. UK - Standard Delivery can take 2-3 working days or 24hr Delivery means your order will arrive within 24 hours, Monday to Friday before 13.00 GMT. Rest of Europe - Standard Delivery takes 3-6 working days. USA & Rest of World - standard delivery takes 5-8 working days.
Can I track my order? You can track your orders online here. The tracking number of your order will also be emailed to you once dispatched.
Do you deliver to my country? We deliver worldwide. Any customs or import duties are levied once the parcel reaches it destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Please note: billing addresses outside the UK will only be shipped to the billing address.
How do I change currency? To change currency simply click on a category and select your currency you would like to view the site in, which can be found on the left of the page. Upon card payment the value will be shown and taken in UK pounds sterling, using the current exchange rate.
How do I return/exchange an item? Please refer to our terms & conditions clause 4 regarding our returns policy. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Why can't I add anything to the shopping cart? You have probably clicked on an old link to our website. Please re-enter http://www.destinationfashion.com in your web browser address bar and try again. This should clear any problems.
Are the products in stock? Yes, all our products are in stock and ready to ship from our warehouse, if you can add them to the shopping cart. Out of stock items will have no 'add to cart' button and an option to sign up to get notified when the product is back in stock.
Can I collect my order? Yes, by prior arrangement from our warehouse in Milton Keynes. P&P will be FREE.
